FIRST DAY: CUSCO / CITY TOUR

Reception at the airport, transfer to the hotel and take a short rest in order to adjust the altitude. The trip will start with the visit of the Temple Koricancha , The Main Square or Plaza de Armas, The Cathedral and continue to the surrounding ruins: The Fortress Sacsayhuaman, the most important Mystical centre from Inkas time Qenqo, the military control centre Puca pucara and the water temple of Tambomachay . Return to the hotel and free night.

SECOND DAY: CUSCO / SACRED VALLEY OF THE INKAS

Continental breakfast.

This day we take a trip to the Sacred Valley of the Inkas: visit the Pisac ruins, the colorful Indian market and the church. Then we pass places like Lamay and Calca on the way to arrive in Urubamba town where we stop for lunch. After lunch visit to Ollantaytambo town, where we can see its typical streets, the impressive archaeological ruins and agricultural terracing, not to mention the splendid views over the sacred valley. Finally, visit the not less important Chinchero town, where people gather in the main plaza to barter foodstuffs.

THIRD DAY: INKA TRAIL CUSCO / WIÑAYWAYNA

Continental breakfast.

Pick up at the hotel to take the train and start the walk on the inka trail. We arrive in kilometer 104 from the railway track to Machupicchu where we start the walk until find important vestiges of the inkas culture. We can observe how the landscape changes from the Andes to the cloud forest. After walk we arrive to Wi?aywayna campsite where we spend the night.

FOURTH DAY: WIÑAYWAYNA / MACHUPICCHU / CUSCO

An energy breakfast.
Very early we star the walk to the Sun Gate or Inti Punku in time to enjoy the sunrise over Machupicchu, the lost city of the Incas; a sight that in itself makes the trip worthwhile. Then we take a tour around this energy and culturally rich place. We visit the plazas, the sacred springs, the towers, the agricultural and urban sectors.

Back to Aguas Calientes and return to Cusco . Transfer to your hotel.

FIFTH DAY: RETURN TO LIMA

Continental breakfast.
Depending of the time transfer to the bus station.
